Promised to strengthen security agencies, improve intelligence sharing, enhance community policing, address root causes of crime, and uphold rule of law with an independent judiciary as the first pillar of the OUR EASE agenda.

State trained 618 young people in tech skills with plans for 5,000 more, approved N30m grants to young entrepreneurs, and issued 165 ODIRS employment letters, but industrial park and special economic zone delivery remains in progress.

Promised to prioritise healthcare infrastructure, expand access to quality care, extend the ORANGHIS contributory health insurance scheme beyond public servants to artisans, traders, farmers and private workers, and strengthen social investment for the vulnerable.

ORANGHIS was extended to the informal sector as pledged, and the administration recruited health workers, but statewide health infrastructure upgrades and poverty-reduction outcomes have not yet been independently audited.

Promised to focus on power generation and distribution, promote renewables, complete the Omotosho Independent Power Plant, and sustain the O'DATIWA MASS METERS prepaid meter programme at subsidised rates.

Government launched the subsidised mass meter programme and commits to completing Omotosho IPP, but reliable statewide power supply and plant completion remain pending verification.

Promised to complete ongoing infrastructure projects across three senatorial zones, invest in eco-friendly infrastructure, and make Ondo a leading tourist destination, including roads, jetty and stadium upgrades.

Administration is rehabilitating 120km of roads, approved 23km Akotogbo-Iju-Osun FTZ Road, 60km township roads, Akure township stadium upgrade, and Obe-nla jetty works, but completion across all zones and tourism impact remain pending.

Promised heavy investment in education, functional libraries/labs in primary and secondary schools, recruitment and training of qualified teachers, upgrading tertiary institutions, and promoting youth entrepreneurship.

State paid N550m for WAEC fees for secondary students, approved N2.2bn for UNIMED and OAUSTECH senate/completion projects, recruited over 2,000 teachers and health workers, but statewide learning outcomes and tertiary upgrades require longer-term verification.
