Pledged to prioritise education as the cornerstone of development, with sustained investments in school infrastructure, teacher recruitment, digital learning, and student support.

The administration spent over ₦120 billion on education. It constructed 170 junior secondary schools in communities that previously had none, rehabilitated 300 schools, renovated 150 primary schools, and built Model and Smart Secondary Schools across all three senatorial zones (Radda, Jikamshi, Dumurkul) with robotics labs, AI facilities, and 24-hour electricity. Over 7,000 teachers were recruited—the largest in state history. Twenty thousand computer tablets were deployed, ICT/CBT centres established, and a daily school feeding programme nourishes over 200,000 pupils. Over ₦2.6 billion has been invested in scholarships and bursaries benefiting 174,461 students, with students sponsored abroad for AI, bioengineering, and medicine. The Nigeria Union of Teachers awarded Governor Radda the Golden Award of Excellence for Education.

Committed to massively rehabilitating and upgrading primary health centres to general hospital standards, expanding access to specialised care, and addressing malnutrition.

Over 150 primary healthcare centres were renovated and solarised. The General Amali Hospital Dialysis Centre now runs 24/7, serving patients who previously travelled out of state. A partnership with Project CURE (world's largest distributor of donated medical equipment) was signed to equip four general hospitals in Funtua, Kankia, Musawa, and the Turai Musa Yar'Adua Child and Maternity Hospital. The state invested over ₦3 billion in stabilization and OTP centres for malnutrition. Governor Radda received a Special Recognition Award from the Nigerian Healthcare Excellence Awards.

Pledged to combat over a decade of banditry, kidnapping, and terrorism through a community-driven security approach, complementing federal security agencies with local intelligence and rapid response.

The administration established the Katsina Community Watch Corps (KTSCWC)—a grassroots security initiative with trained local youths deployed across all 34 LGAs. It also created the Ministry of Internal Security and Home Affairs (MISHA), the first of its kind in Katsina, and a State Security Council Advisory Committee. Security forces recovered and stabilised previously unsafe LGAs, arrested over 1,000 informants and suspected bandits, and rescued kidnap victims including 21 hostages from Gidan Sarkin Bayero. The Armed Forces Command and Staff College, Jaji, selected Katsina as a study tour destination for community engagement in security. Governor Radda received the 2025 Security Governors' Award.

Pledged to clear the backlog of gratuities, pensions, and death benefits owed to retired and deceased civil servants.

In January 2026, Governor Radda flagged off the disbursement of ₦21.1 billion for outstanding retirement and death gratuities to retired and deceased employees. The administration also paid ₦45 billion in death and life benefits to 14,560 workers. A contributory pension scheme was established to ensure sustainability.

Committed to supporting farmers with subsidised inputs, mechanisation, irrigation, and market-driven policies to boost food security and rural incomes.

The administration distributes over 400,000 bags of fertiliser annually, invested in solar-powered irrigation pumps and power tillers, and launched a 20,000 metric ton fertiliser programme at subsidised rates of ₦20,000 per bag. The state flagged off the Federal Government's Renewed Hope FISP with 20,160 bags for 5,040 verified farmers. However, the state still faces challenges with farmer-herder conflicts in some areas and the full impact on state-wide food security remained to be independently verified.

Promised to invest in clean energy, solar power, and sustainable infrastructure to reduce emissions and extend productive hours in communities.

The administration is reviving the 10 MW Lambar Rimi Wind Farm and hybridising it with 10 MW of solar power (total 20 MW). Another 20 MW of solar energy with 10 MWh battery storage was deployed across hospitals, schools, and water facilities. Renewable energy mini-grids power clinics, schools, and small businesses. The state deployed 500 electric tricycles and hybrid buses. Katsina was recognised as the seventh-best subnational government in Africa for climate action and received the Champion of Green Governance award from the Forestry Association of Nigeria.

Committed to extensive road construction and rehabilitation, and expanding access to clean water through small water supply schemes.

The administration constructed and rehabilitated roads across the state, including township and rural access roads. It constructed 66 small water supply schemes in 10 LGAs. However, many rural roads remained in poor condition, and universal water access across all 34 LGAs remained a work in progress.

Sought election in 2023 on the platform of the All Progressives Congress under the 'Building Your Future' agenda.

Radda was declared winner of the March 2023 governorship election. The Supreme Court affirmed his election in January 2024 alongside other governors, dismissing opposition petitions for lacking merit.

Pledged to empower youth and women through skills training, start-up support, and economic inclusion programmes.

The administration implemented youth empowerment programmes, supported women-led businesses, and created jobs through the Community Watch Corps and agricultural value chains. The Gwagware Foundation (founded by Radda in 2016) continued its philanthropic work, training 500 youths in computer skills and tailoring. However, comprehensive outcome tracking and independent verification of job creation figures were not prominently published.
