Promised to provide security for the protection of lives and properties, creating an environment for investment and development.

The administration has collaborated with security agencies, provided operational vehicles and motorcycles, and offered infrastructural support. Operation Whirl Stroke was restructured with Nasarawa State separated into distinct sectors, each with an officer commanding a particular LGA. The governor reported relative peace and reduction in communal crises, kidnapping, and armed robbery.

Promised to unfold a policy document defining the administration's development blueprint through the Nasarawa Economic Development Strategy (NEDS).

Through NEDS, the Nasarawa Investment and Development Agency (NASIDA) was established. The state has attracted cumulative $2.3 billion in foreign and domestic investments since 2022, with an additional $1 billion in 2025 alone ($505m actualized). Companies like Avatar New Energy Materials, Azgard Mining, and Nasarawa Technology Village have been established. The state ranks among the top ten most competitive states in Nigeria.

Promised to commit enormous resources to enhance the educational system, including mass construction and rehabilitation of classrooms.

The administration established faculties of engineering and medicine at Nasarawa State University Keffi (NSUK), employed over 8,000 teaching and non-teaching staff in secondary schools and tertiary institutions, and is currently recruiting additional teaching staff for primary schools.

Promised to establish the Nasarawa State Health Insurance Agency and expand healthcare facilities.

The Nasarawa State Health Insurance Agency was established. Modern hospitals in Akwanga and Nasarawa LGAs were completed and put to use. Dalhatu Araf Specialist Hospital (DASH) Lafia transitioned into the Federal University of Lafia Teaching Hospital. Some primary healthcare centres were upgraded to general hospitals.

Promised to construct numerous roads, flyovers, and bus terminals to open up economic activities.

Completed projects include the Burial Ground, Angwan Shalele and GRA-Bukan Sidi Roads, Akwanga township roads, dual carriage Shendam-Akurba Road with solar-powered streetlights, and award of contract for the first flyover and underpass in Lafia designed to streamline traffic flow from Jos to Makurdi.

Promised to prioritise fertilizer procurement and distribution to farmers at subsidised rates.

The administration has supported agricultural production and commenced work on 10,000 hectares of land for rice, maize, and sesame cultivation. The Minister of Agriculture availed the state with opportunities for 500 hectares of dry season farming, expanding to 1,000 hectares.

Promised to address the backlog of gratuity payments for state and local government retirees.

The administration has been making quarterly payments, with 500 local government retirees and 100 state retirees already screened. The governor expressed optimism that beneficiaries would begin receiving payments. However, the backlog spans from 1999 to 2010 and beyond, with the process ongoing.

Promised to increase IGR to reduce dependence on federal allocations.

The state generated over ₦52 billion as IGR in 2025 and targets ₦5 billion monthly (₦60 billion annually) in 2026. A data-based approach is being used to group illegal miners into cooperative societies and ensure appropriate tax payments. However, the target represents a significant jump that remains to be achieved.
